Where we ship from: Worthing, England, UK
Processing Time:
All items are one-of-a-kind thrift finds - we check, steam and pack every order by hand. We dispatch within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking once shipped.
UK Shipping Rates:
• Standard: £3.95 - Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days after dispatch) • Express: £6.95 - Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days after dispatch)
Delivery times are estimates from the dispatch date and do not include processing time. All services are tracked.
International:
We currently ship within the UK only. For international enquiries, please email us at [your email].
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels:
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 working days, contact us. If Royal Mail confirms a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll help resolve it with a replacement or refund once their claim is complete.
Incorrect Address:
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If returned to us, we can reship at your cost.
